1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be confirmed in advance. Payment can be made via credit card (Stripe), bank transfer, or cash. Full payment may be required before vehicle handover.
2. Driver Requirements
Drivers must hold a valid driving license.
International customers must provide an International Driving Permit (IDP) or an official Japanese translation (for eligible countries).
3. Vehicle Usage
Vehicles must be used responsibly and in accordance with Japanese traffic laws.
Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
4. Insurance Coverage
All rentals include full insurance coverage. Customers are responsible for any damages not covered under insurance or in cases of negligence.
5. Pickup & Return
Vehicles must be returned on time as agreed.
Late returns may incur additional charges.
Flexible pickup and return times may be arranged upon request.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in advance.
Refunds will be handled based on the timing of cancellation and our policy. Please contact us for details.
7. Accidents & Breakdowns
In the event of an accident or breakdown, customers must contact us immediately.
Customers must also follow local legal procedures when required.
8. Liability
EasyGo Car Rental is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Customers agree to use the vehicle at their own risk within the terms of the rental agreement.
